Jim Felger and Doug Hart were recognized as two of the best Commercial/Industrial HVACR technicians in the Fort Wayne area. Often times people would tell them that they should start their own business. In 1983 they took this challenge seriously and started Felger Hart, Incorporated.

With the backing of a few dedicated customers, Felger Hart began with 2 old trucks and a home based office. Their commitment to honesty, hard work and attention to detail built a solid reputation for the company. Barb Felger (Jim’s wife) agreed to keep the company’s books. Jim and Barb’s two sons (PJ and Tom) grew up in the trade and learned the industry first hand.

Doug Hart retired in 2008.  PJ and Tom took over operations of the business with a passion to excell in growth and quality of service.

Today, PJ and Tom operate the company based on Christian business practices and morals passed down from their parents at an early age.
